Terms of use

Counting down and counting up is free, with no account required. You may use the app for personal purposes on devices you own or control. Do not reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to harm anyone.

Not yet. is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, review these terms with a parent or guardian and obtain any permission required by local law or your app store before making a purchase.

All widgets and sizes are free. You can share one active moment by link for free; joining and following are free. Plus lets you share additional moments and unlocks every face and share cards without the credit line. It is sold as a yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Plus also includes up to 1 GB of cloud photo storage. A free trial is included only when it is explicitly offered in the store purchase screen.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel before it ends.
• The yearly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings, or from You, Manage Plus in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; the app cannot issue them directly.
• The lifetime purchase is tied to your store account and is restored with Restore purchases on any device signed into that account.

If you share a moment by link, you are responsible for its title, date and cover. Do not share content that is illegal, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove shared content that breaks these rules.

What the app stores and sends is described in the privacy policy.

The app is provided as is. We work to keep countdowns and reminders accurate, but reminders depend on your device's settings and we cannot promise they will always fire. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
